I went to the gym again today just to see if I will get as winded as yesterday. I did no weight training, just run on the treadmill, slowly. Ran for 30 mins, walked another 15 mins. I was still very tired halfway through but it wasn't as exhausting. I think weight training is too much for now. I need to at least get the flu out of the way before I go back to weight training.
Here's today's menu.
Breakfast:
Omelette (2 eggs) with lean ham. I added in the oat bran to the omelette. I didn't like the taste of the oat bran in the eggs so I don't think I'll do it again.
Lunch and Dinner:
Braised chicken in soy sauce. Whole chicken, chopped into pieces. Add soy sauce, water, a bit of oil, chopped ginger, garlic. Then cooked till... it's cooked!
It's flavorful and enough cooked to eat two meals. I think this is a good idea - to cook enough to eat two meals because it saves the trouble of trying to be imaginative about what to eat for the next meal.
