hallo did you put "oat bran" or tapioca starch on your meatball? I am on dukan diet cruise phase but using oatbran tasted weird than tapioca starch.

DeleteSorry for not replying earlier. My mom was my personal cook during the time I was on the diet so I am not quite sure what she used for the meatballs. But it wouldn't have been oat bran. Probably some corn flour or something.
