Dukan Diet Attack Phase Day 1

I have decided that 2012 is going to be the Year of Improvement. SOMETHING must be bettered. And I want to feel better about myself. I have put on a lot of weight in the last two years. And I don't feel good about myself. I need to change that.

Of course all fat girls are fat because we love to eat. The good thing about Dukan is that he recognizes this and the diet is made with the understanding that we have a weakness for food. It took me a while before I decided to do this diet because it is one that would take about 4 months to complete the first 3 phases. I am not sure if I will stick by it but I will start to log my journey on this diet.

Breakfast:
Two hard-boiled eggs, with some soy sauce and pepper
Instant coffee with 1.5 tablespoon of oat bran, with artificial sweetener

> The eggs were filling enough but the instant coffee without the usual condense milk and normal sugar was not nice at all. I need to drink good coffee if I need to take it black.

Lunch:
A slab of salmon fillet, sliced up and ate like sashimi with wasabi and soy sauce (truly this pure protein diet won't be cheap. The salmon costed $10 though cheaper to buy the whole fillet than the salmon pre-sliced and sold as sashimi).
A cup of non fat yoghurt with aloe vera bits
A cup of green tea
A cup of water

> Very filling. In fact, I feel a little squeamish now, like I have eaten a little too much! All the fish that I will be eating on Pure Protein days makes me think of the Penguin in Batman.

Dinner:
Thank goodness I live at home with my parents. My mom, who is really a good sport in supporting me on this diet, has helped to prepare pork and fish cutlets which she is going to grill.
